Working at Heights

NZQA Unit Standard 23229 – Use a safety harness for personal fall prevention when working at height

NZQA Unit Standard 15757 – Use, install and disestablish temporary proprietary height safety when working at height

Confined Spaces & Gas Detection

Refresher Units: 17599, 18426, and 25510 – Demonstrate knowledge of hazards associated with confined spaces

Elevated Work Platforms

Refresher Units: NZQA Units 23960 – 64: Assess the worksite, prepare and operate an EWP.

Permits

Issuing and receiving of permits which include Hot Work, Confined Space and Working at Heights.

Rescue

Training in the use of rescue equipment, application and limitations, individual and team recues, rescue plans and procedures

Services

Anchor Installation

Anchor points are attachment devices that allows you access to an otherwise unprotected edge or structure protecting you from falls. Our trained installers have undergone training and certification in the design, safe installation and testing of a variety of anchor systems.

Testing and Re Certification of Height Safety Equipment

Pinnacle Access provides testing and re certification of height safety and fall arrest systems in accordance with AS/NZ 1891.4:2009 section 9.1 requirements.

Safety Watch

Our Safety Watch personnel are trained in confined space entry watch, respiratory protection, area watch and gas testing and understand the implications and importance of their job.
